For Stainless Steel Capillary and Control Lines, we mainly produce high-end material pipelines, Such as Alloy 825, Alloy 625, Duplex 2205, ASTM 316L, 304 ect… These Materials can be tested in the laboratory or XRAY PMI test before shipment. EMHK has an independent laboratory with various testing tools, such as used for hydraulic pressure test, size measurement, NDT test ect… We must do PMI, NDT, HYDRULIC Test, Hardness Test ect before leave our factory… To ensure product performance safety. Quality has always been the soul of the product and also the tenet of EMHK.

Alloy 825, 625, 2205, these super stainless steel materials, are imported by EMHK from Germany, Japan, and Finland, and then produced in our own factory. Any kinds of material can withstand the test, EMHK welcomes your QC department to come to inspect, and welcome your third party to come to inspect! We can produce SS Capillary Tubing with minimum diameter of 1/16 inch. The most produced SS Capillary Tubings are 1/8 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 10mm, 12mm ect… And any other diameter EMHK can be produced according to requirements, length of Each Roll can be customized according to requirements, and can be produced no matter a few Hundred meters or a few Kilometers such as 100mtrs, 3000Mtrs, 5000Mtrs, 8000Mtrs per Roll and so on. We have also produced a roll of up to 10, 000 meters long per Roll tubing. The pressure of the SS Capillary Tubing is the most important and the core of the whole project. EMHK has done a Hydraulic pressure test for each batch of Stainless Steel Capillary Tubings. Numerous test results show that our Capillary tubing pressure can reach 10, 000-15000PSI, and some capillary tubes reach 20, 000PSI.
